What is XXSM ?
Xxsm is an powerfull graphical interface for any kind of 2D data aquisitation method, especially desined for SPM, which are used in surface science.Please see also Gxsm

Getting XXSM
- Xxsm Source Code Package V1.40
all in a tarball: xxsm-v1.40.tar.bz2 (489736 Bytes) - You also need the tools and drivers included in the gxsm package: Go to Gxsm Package
- Follow the instructions there, exclude the make in the Gxsm-sub directory and do a xmkmf and make in the Xsm directory instead. You may need to edit the DIRS.make file.
